Hi there! My name is Hannah and I’m a Civil Marriage Celebrant located on Dharawal Country, New South Wales.
I became a celebrant after dreaming about what an honour it would be to officiate my little sister’s wedding. And while that day hasn’t come yet, I’ve had the honour to marry countless special and unique couples, helping them celebrate their love and begin the next chapter of their lives. I am so grateful I have the privilege of doing this for couples all around Australia.
Before becoming a celebrant, I studied creative writing and Spanish at University. These skills mean each ceremony I write is considered, creative and even (upon special request) bilingual. I’ve also worked for many years as a corporate trainer, meaning I deliver to both intimate and large audiences with ease and confidence.
Simply, my role is to deliver a ceremony that completely reflects you- your story, your quirks, your dreams, and the things that make you unlike every other couple. While the tone and stories within your ceremony are guided by you, my style is sincere, romantic and personal. Throw in a joke or two and I can guarantee your loved ones will both laugh and be brought to tears- in a ceremony they’ll never forget.
Behind the scenes, I’m here to make planning your ceremony a smooth and stress-free experience. In the lead up, I’ll take away the guess work- simplify the overwhelming legal information, help you plan your ceremony with sample readings and even guide you to find inspiration for your vows. I’ll make sure there isn’t a single detail about your ceremony we haven’t discussed.
On the day, everything will be seamless. I’ll arrive nice and early with your vows, readings and all my gear in tow. I’ll organise set up and chat with any other vendors- I’ll even direct your loved ones to their seats if needed- all to ensure you can savour every moment of your day and have the wedding of your dreams. That is my promise to you.
